Hello and Welcome! 

My Name is: Judy Richardson

I am an author, health researcher, and speaker. I have personally experienced burnout. My wellness journey began with curiosity; it was never about writing a book; I wanted to understand what was happening to my body and to share that knowledge with my family.

​As a successful enterprise application manager, trained to solve problems and improve complex systems. Experience with process improvement and quality control methods to optimize multimillion-dollar systems. I used those same skills to study the human body. By viewing the endocrine system through a systems-based approach, I recognized the signs and symptoms of stress and hormonal imbalance and found a clear path to balance.

About Me

After several years of juggling family caregiving, a demanding career, and the everyday challenge of maintaining work-life balance, I began to quietly unravel. I sensed something was wrong, yet it was hard to describe what I was feeling. Each day brought physical exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, like an invisible battle taking place inside my body, one that I didn’t yet have the language to explain.

Repeated misdiagnoses and unanswered questions eventually pushed me to dig deeper. I refused to accept that everything I was experiencing could be dismissed as “just perimenopause.” My search for answers led me to study the endocrine system, beginning with the fertility organs, and to explore how stress shapes hormones, emotions, and overall health. 

​

What started as a family-focused guide evolved into something much greater. What I discovered not only helps me understand my own symptoms but also helps countless other women share this silent struggle appreciate their body’s complexity and protect their wellness.

​

Today, I share my story to help women recognize the vital connection between stress, hormones, and emotions. While these insights benefit men as well, my mission remains clear to empower women to restore balance, regain clarity, and reclaim their wellness.

Mission

Many of the women I talk to feel exhausted, even when they're doing everything right; they suffer in silence. My mission is to impower you to discover your SHE:  stress, hormonal, and emotional (SHE) and reclaim your energy and get back to your better self.

The platform is to bring awareness of health disparities for women: Through education, practical guidance, and compassionate support to:

  • Understand the role of the adrenals and endocrine systems in overall health

  • Recognize the signs and symptoms of HPA-axis dysregulation, Cortisol variability, and Stress hormone regulation

  • Implement practical strategies for managing stress and supporting hormonal health

  • Build resilience and reclaim your energy, motivation, and joy for life
